Track is suitable for all levels of runners, no matter if you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete. The aim of track is to improve your running speed, coordination and endurance. We have a number of track leaders each with their individual styles of delivery. They will help you with your running journey and help you towards your running goals. Details of the upcoming track session can be found on the 'What's On' page, and are also posted on Facebook and within the Track WhatsApp group. NB: During the winter months sessions maybe cancelled in adverse weather. Runners are advised to check that the scheduled session is still going ahead as planned.
