Wednesday Run 21st March 2018 - Cranbrook Road via Woodford Avenue (6.2 Miles) - Meet at Wanstead Leisure Centre at 6.50pm for a 7.05pm start

Meet at Wanstead Leisure Centre at 6.50pm for a 7.05pm start. The run will commence at 7.15pm. Please be careful crossing roads and be aware of other pavement users and pedestrians. Remember to wear some hi-viz and note our policy of no headphones to be worn on club runs.

Turn right out of Wanstead Leisure Centre and under the subway at Redbridge roundabout. Exit by Redbridge station and cross over at the traffic lights into Roding Lane South. At end of road, turn right into Woodford Avenue and continue to the roundabout at top of hill. Straight ahead at roundabout (by Beehive Lane) and back along Woodford Avenue to Gants Hill Roundabout. Cross under subway and exit right into Cranbrook Road heading towards Ilford. Turn right into Northbrook Avenue (next to The Drive) then right at end of road into York Road. Follow road to the right, leading into Wanstead Park Road and back to Wanstead Leisure Centre via Redbridge roundabout.

Wednesday 21st June 2017 at 7.30pm - ELVIS 3 - East End Road Runners Olympic Park 5k - More success for ELR

On a very hot evening more than 100 ELR Members took part in the second running of the East End Road Runners 5k in the Olympic Park in Stratford.

A very well organised race again this year.

101 ELR's of 364 finishers.
1st Man - Euan Brown
3rd Man - Thomas Grimes
1st Lady - Jenny Ansell
1st Vet35 Lady - Ava Lee.

No Team prizes were awarded for this race BUT in the ELVIS SERIES results ELR again won both the Ladies and Mens categories to maintain our overall lead in the 2017 Series.

ELVIS 1 - Wednesday 17th May 2017 - 7.30pm - Dagenham 88 Runners 5 mile'sh, off road - Eastendbrook Country Park, Dagenham RM7 0SS.

East London Runners scoop both of the Team Prizes in the Dagenham 88 5 miler!

Men - Paul Thompson (for Patrick Brown), Billy Rayner and Paul Quinton.

Ladies - Ellie Wilkinson, Emily Clarke, Julia King
